• Event sign-ups: your name, phone number, number of guests, optional email address, and your consent to be contacted about the event.
• Email updates: your email address.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information such as your browser and device type, pages viewed, the referring website and general location (city or region), as described in Section 4.

Information from third parties

We don't buy information about you. Embedded services like Google Maps may collect information under their own policies (see Section 6).

3. How We Use Information

• To manage event sign-ups and contact you by text, phone or email about an event you signed up for.
• To send event and menu updates if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To reply to your messages.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

If you agreed to be contacted by text about an event, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The site will still work if you do.

Your Cookie Choice

Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

We may also use Google Search Console, a Google tool that reports how our site appears in Google search results. It uses information Google already collects from search, and it does not place cookies on your device through this website.

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting and secure storage of sign-up information.
• Instagram (Meta) — we link to our Instagram page. Instagram's own policies apply once you leave our site.

7. Data Retention

We keep event sign-up information as long as needed to run the event and follow up, and email list information until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Sign-up lists can only be viewed by approved Nurture team members. No website is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

10. California Privacy Rights

California Residents

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction of your personal information; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Categories collected: identifiers and contact details you provide (such as name and email when you submit a form) and internet activity information collected through cookies and Google Analytics (described in Section 4).

Tracking disclosure: As described in Section 4, this website uses Google Analytics. We do not allow other third parties to collect personal information about your online activities across websites through this site.
